Facilitated Conversations in Times of Change
Group engagements designed to support more joyful, engaged teams
These are unprecedented times. We are all living in a constant state of change and uncertainty. The changes we’ve faced have impacted everyone differently, and the thing we all have in common is that we are now finding our footing, and adapting to the ‘new normal’ of today. All the while knowing, that this too shall soon change.
“You either walk inside your story and own it or you stand outside your story and hustle for your worthiness.” – Brené Brown
Is your team struggling to thrive in times of change and disruption?
I work with organizations that are experiencing conflict, lack of productivity or resistance to change, who want to do better and work better. In partnership with you, I create a focus for a collaborative conversation where all participants are able to speak safely and confidently to address the issues at hand. My work is informed by the Circle Way, Organizational Development principles, Systems Theory, Design Thinking, and a deep understanding of Change Management.
I weave my knowledge of expressive art therapy, design thinking, change management, and grief & trauma-informed care, into my facilitation to help people grieve, laugh, heal, play, and create their new realities.
WHAT I BRING TO FACILITATION
I hold a certificate in Organizational Coaching from the University of British Columbia and have completed training in facilitation, trauma-informed care, counseling, conflict resolution, and change management. I’ve facilitated suicide intervention workshops for over eight years – holding space for some of the most challenging conversations imaginable. All that to say, I can meet groups where they’re at.
